These terms apply when you use goodforonefare.com or book flights through GoodForOneFare (“we”, “us”). By booking, you agree to these terms and to the fare rules and conditions of carriage of the airlines operating your flights.

1. Our role

GoodForOneFare is an independent online travel booking service. We book flights on your behalf with airlines. We do not operate flights, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline named on this site. The airline is responsible for operating your flight and for its conditions of carriage.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the airline fare, taxes, government fees and carrier-imposed charges, plus any GoodForOneFare service fee shown as a separate line before payment. A booking is confirmed only when payment is completed and you receive a confirmation with an airline booking reference. If the airline changes the offer before payment is complete, we show you the updated price before you continue.

3. Traveler details

You must enter each traveler’s name exactly as shown on the passport or ID used to travel, with a correct date of birth. Airlines may refuse boarding or charge for corrections if details do not match. Check details before paying.

4. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are governed by the fare rules shown before booking. Airline change fees, fare differences and any service fee for handling the change apply as shown at the time of the request. See our refund policy.

5. Travel documents

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel authorizations, health documents and meeting entry, exit and transit requirements for every country on your itinerary. Information on our site is general guidance; check official sources such as travel.state.gov.

6. Schedule changes and disruptions

Airlines may change schedules. We will pass on changes we receive and help you with the options the airline offers. Your rights in case of cancellation or significant change are set by the airline’s conditions and applicable law, including US Department of Transportation rules.

7. Use of the site

You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, automated scraping, or to make speculative or fraudulent bookings.

8. Information on this site

Route and guide content is provided for general information and is checked regularly, but airline schedules, fees and rules change. Always confirm the details shown in your booking offer.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for acts or omissions of airlines or other third parties, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
